REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT ANALYST (M / F) 80 - 100 %

In this versatile role, you will work closely with the Head of Real Estate and assume a central position at the interface of real estate strategy, investment, and transactions. You will analyze investment opportunities, develop decision-making bases, and support selected transaction processes. In doing so, you will gain a comprehensive insight into the strategic development of our real estate portfolio.

Your Responsibilities

• Further development of our real estate and acquisition strategy in close cooperation with the Head of Real Estate and the Transaction Manager
• Screening and evaluation of potential investment opportunities regarding economic viability, risk, and strategic suitability
• Market and location analyses, especially for comparable rents, return metrics, comparable transactions, and other relevant market data
• Monitoring of market and competitive developments as well as derivation of relevant insights for investment and portfolio strategy
• Financial modeling as well as economic, scenario, and sensitivity analyses
• Real estate valuations and analysis of due diligence results
• Preparation of investment proposals and decision-making bases for the responsible committees
• Coordination of data rooms and support of selected transaction processes
• Further development of processes, data structures, and tools in the area of investment management of real estate investments

Your Profile

• Completed degree (e.g., Business Administration, Real Estate Economics, Business Law, or comparable fields)
• Several years of experience in real estate transactions, management, and analysis, real estate consulting, or in a comparable environment in Switzerland
• Experience in project management
• Strong interest in real estate investments and a good understanding of economic contexts
• Good communication skills in German, French skills are an advantage
• Analytical and strategic thinking skills as well as a high affinity for numbers
• Very good knowledge of common IT applications (MS Office, especially Excel)
• Dedicated, independent, and structured way of working, sense of responsibility, reliability, and teamwork, high willingness to learn
