Immigration Sales Lead

Black Pen Immigration is a global immigration consultancy specializing in professional and corporate immigration services. We provide expert visa and relocation support to companies hiring international talent, as well as individuals seeking to relocate for work, study, or family reasons. Our goal is to simplify complex immigration processes through expertise, transparency, and personalized support. We are seeking an experienced and driven Immigration Sales Lead to lead client acquisition efforts and drive revenue growth. This role requires a proven track record in sales, preferably within the immigration or related services industry, along with exceptional leadership and communication skills. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. * Lead and mentor a sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team goals. * Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including lead generation and qualification. * Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. * Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals. * Manage the sales pipeline and track sales performance. * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments. * Collaborate with other departments to ensure client satisfaction and seamless service delivery. * Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement effective sales strategies. * Attend industry events and conferences to represent Black Pen Immigration and network with potential clients. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. * Proven track record of success in sales, with at least 5 years of experience. * Experience in the immigration or related services industry is preferred. * Strong leadership and team management skills. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong organizational and time management skills. * Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. * Knowledge of immigration laws and regulations is a plus.
