Third-Party Risk Manager (m/w/d)

Your Tasks

You will take over the setup and further development of our IKT-Drittparteienrisikomanagement (ICT-Third-Party-Risk-Management):

• Concept & Further Development: Creation of ICT-Third-Party-Management documentation (e.g. guidelines, processes, templates) to optimize our digital resilience.
• Risk Analysis: Conducting risk analyses for ICT-Third-Party-Risk-Management to continuously monitor our third-party providers and subcontractors.
• Emergency & Scenario Planning: Coordination and preparation of emergency documentation, exit strategies, SLAs, and processes with our ICT-Third-Parties in close coordination with our Business Continuity Management.
• Monitoring: Continuous monitoring and verification of SLAs for our ICT-Third-Parties.
• ICT Contracts: Preparation, coordination, and review of contracts with our ICT-Third-Parties in coordination with our Legal Team to achieve DORA compliance.
• Testing & Exercise: Co-designing the concept of resilience tests with a focus on our ICT-Third-Parties as part of the multi-year testing plan. While you build up our ICT-Third-Party risk management, you will also take over interim tasks for BCM – the perfect chance to leave genuine tracks from the start

Your Profile

• You bring at least 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in the field of Risk or Third-Party Risk Management or Risk, ideally in the financial sector, a regulated tech environment, or consulting with.
• You have already gathered good knowledge of regulatory requirements in the area of Third-Party Risk Management (e.g. MaRisk, DORA).
