Job description
Prepare the dishes of the daily menu, based on the received demands, cooking, grilling, baking food. • Assemble individual plates, buffets, trays, etc., and distribute them to consumption areas. • Execute confectionery activities, preparing sweets, cakes, etc. • Monitor buffet consumption and provide replenishment of food when necessary. • Apply relevant food safety practices to the area • Guide the Kitchen Assistant. Execute other related tasks as needed according to the area's requirements.
