We’re Hiring | IGCSE & IBDP English Teacher

Hill Spring International School (HSIS) is looking for a passionate and accomplished English Teacher to join our Senior School team and inspire students to think critically, communicate confidently and engage deeply with language and literature.

The Role

• Deliver engaging, inquiry-driven English lessons aligned with the Cambridge IGCSE and IB Diploma Programme.
• Inspire students to develop strong analytical, literary, written and verbal communication skills.
• Prepare and guide students for IGCSE and IBDP assessments and examinations.
• Support IBDP students with Internal Assessments, Individual Oral and academic writing.
• Differentiate learning to meet diverse student needs and abilities.
• Contribute to curriculum development, departmental initiatives and the wider school community.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in English or a relevant discipline; B.Ed. preferred.
• Proven experience teaching IGCSE and/or IBDP English.
• IBDP and/or Cambridge training will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication, classroom management and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine passion for English, literature, critical thinking and student development.
