Job description
Introduction The ideal candidate should possess the ability to work autonomously within a structured support system. Responsibilities include overseeing IFAnet branches, leading a distribution team by mentoring and guiding them, fostering relationships, and devising a distribution strategy in line with IFAnet's operational approach. Additionally, managing production reports on a weekly and monthly basis, conducting presentations for brokers and partners, and establishing partnerships to bolster IFAnet's market presence. Furthermore, the successful candidate will be expected to maintain accurate records, ensure compliance with company policies, and contribute to the development of new strategies and initiatives. The ideal candidate should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to adapt to changing circumstances. The successful candidate will be expected to work closely with the management team to achieve the company's goals and objectives. The ideal candidate should be able to work autonomously within a structured support system.
