Job description

Identity Operations Analyst Position Summary The Identity Operations Analyst will support the daily operations of the Identity and Access Management (IAM) program, ensuring the right users have the right access at the right time. This role will focus on managing user access provisioning and deprovisioning, maintaining accurate role assignments, and supporting automation and workflow processes within SailPoint and ServiceNow . This is an entry- to mid-level role, ideal for someone with a foundation in IT and a passion for process improvement. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of IAM concepts, including identity governance, access management, and compliance requirements. The ideal candidate will be a team player, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The Identity Operations Analyst will be responsible for the following key responsibilities: * Managing user access provisioning and deprovisioning, ensuring accurate and timely access to systems and applications. * Maintaining accurate role assignments, ensuring users are assigned to the correct roles and groups. * Supporting automation and workflow processes within SailPoint and ServiceNow, ensuring efficient and effective identity management. * Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and resolve access-related issues, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures. * Providing exceptional customer service, responding to user requests and resolving access-related issues in a timely and professional manner. * Staying up-to-date with the latest SailPoint and ServiceNow features and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve identity management processes. * Participating in regular meetings and reporting on key performance indicators, ensuring the IAM program is meeting its goals and objectives. * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. * 1-3 years of experience in IT, with a focus on identity and access management. * Strong understanding of IAM concepts, including identity governance, access management, and compliance requirements. * Experience with SailPoint and ServiceNow, or similar identity management systems. * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on process improvement and customer satisfaction. * Certification in SailPoint or ServiceNow, or related field, is a plus. * We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development. * This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our organization. * If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for identity and access management, we encourage you to apply.
