In collaboration with a well-defined team (AS, IDE, psychologists, doctors...), your missions will be :
– Manage the healthcare activity and implement the project's orientations: organization of work, coordination, and planning of the activity.
– Be the guarantor of continuity and quality of care and monitor the protocols and prescriptions.
– Determine the needs in equipment and place orders after validation by the Direction.
– Master the quality of accompaniment for residents and ensure the evaluation of professionals under your hierarchical authority.
– You ensure the application of residents' rights and those of their family.

Remuneration: Depending on experience, between 32 and 45 K€ gross (including allowances) !

You hold a DU Infirmier référent and coordinateur EHPAD / SSIAD diploma or a health management degree or former IDE (f/h) with experience in management.

While working as part of a team, you are autonomous, responsible, and have excellent interpersonal skills.
