Requirements:
Medium or higher education, technical studies being an advantage;
Knowledge of MS Office operation;
Advanced knowledge of English language;
Attention to details, capacity for organization and time management;
Excellent communication skills;
Ability to work quickly and efficiently in stressful conditions with tight deadlines.

Job Description
Responsibilities:
Manage ITS cases (International Truck Services) within the dealer's framework as a home dealer client, providing support for company clients with interventions at workshops that are not located on Romanian territory.
Manage ITS cases within the dealer's framework as a repair unit and maintain contact with the ITS – DAF Trucks service.
Organize ITS interventions in the area of responsibility of the dealer.
Provide feedback to clients, as a home dealer, regarding the evolution of ITS cases until their closure.
Provide clients with feedback regarding the evolution of complaints and solutions offered.
Follow up and propose ways to improve ITS situations.
