Oriented towards process and safety: A person who understands the importance of following work procedures and safety norms. They are conscious, attentive to details, and prioritize a safe and organized working environment.
Practical skills and attention to detail: The ideal candidate demonstrates precision and attention to each stage of the laminating process. Experience in a production environment, especially operating machines and equipment, is considered an advantage.
Collaboration and team spirit: The job requires good collaboration with colleagues. We are looking for someone who can communicate efficiently, integrate easily into the team, and actively participate in achieving production goals.
Adaptability: It's important that the person is flexible and adapts to the work schedule. A degree is not required, but a willingness to learn and develop professionally is essential.
Description of the job
We are looking for a responsible person to join our production team, working in a dynamic environment focused on quality and safety.
The role of the operator production in the laminating section involves minimal physical effort and focuses on a series of essential tasks for fabricating tubes. Daily responsibilities include:
Pretreatment and material manipulation: Preparing fibers and resins necessary for the laminating process.
Machining equipment: Supervising and operating specific laminating equipment, ensuring that the process runs according to quality standards.
Quality monitoring: Visual inspection of products during and after the laminating process to identify possible defects.
Cleaning and organization: Maintaining cleanliness at the workplace and equipment.
