Job role description
As a Subassembly Auto Assembler, you will be responsible for manually assembling automotive components according to technical specifications and company quality standards. The activity takes place within a dynamic team in a modern production environment. The role requires good hand-eye coordination and attention to details.

Main responsibilities

Component assembly: Realizing the assembly of various automotive subassemblies, following precise work instructions and technical drawings.
Quality control: Conducting visual inspections of components to identify and report any non-conformities, ensuring compliance with standards.
Following procedures: Applying standardized work processes and internal health and safety regulations rigorously.
Organizing the workspace: Maintaining a clean and organized workspace to ensure efficient and safe production flow.

Essential technical competencies

Fine motor skills and dexterity: Demonstrated ability to manipulate small components and specific tools (e.g. tweezers, screwdrivers).
Vision accuracy: Ability to identify, inspect, and differentiate fine details and colors, essential for correct assembly of electronic circuits and verification of components according to technical schemes.
