Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented person to join our team and contribute to the process of identifying and verifying taxable mass at the UAT level. You will work with digital data, but also in direct relation with municipal representatives, to ensure accuracy of information and compliance with legislation. No prior experience is necessary, but seriousness and attention to details are essential.

Requirements:
- Knowledge of using GIS (Geographic Information Systems) applications - not mandatory, but constitutes an advantage
- Ability to hold professional phone conversations with municipal representatives and local authorities, to obtain information and resolve specific situations.
- Driving license category B
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office package (Word and Excel)
- Ability to work efficiently in a team and adapt quickly to diverse working environments.
- Attention to details and respect for work procedures

Responsibilities:
- Measuring constructions using GIS (Geographic Information Systems)
- Verifying and correcting vectorized data for accuracy
- Correlating obtained information with existing data in the current database
- Preparing lists according to internal procedures.
- Maintaining relationships with clients through phone, email, or other systems.
- Keeping connections with municipal personnel for clarification and verification of necessary information.
