- Skills for conceiving documents, documentation, procedures
- Advanced level English - conversational and written;
- Driving license category B;
- Presents an advantage experience in IT companies with a focus on implementing/developing software solutions;
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Identify solution providers and ensure the establishment of a partnership relationship with them;
- Identify new solutions to introduce into the company's portfolio;
- Promote new solutions for the retail and banking industries to sales teams, presenting and sustaining them further to clients;
- Operational responsibilities in relation to software solution developers regarding monitoring and ensuring functionality;
- Establish a development strategy and the need for new functionalities;
- Develop processes and usage scenarios to quickly solve implementation issues;
- Monitor direct client feedback and industry trends to predict the evolution of needs and adjust processes and usage scenarios accordingly;
