After an internal training phase within our teams, you will be in charge of implementing and evolving our clients' HR systems. You will participate in analyzing needs, setting up and developing specific parameters, and testing to validate results. Additionally, you will help pilot the payroll mass to achieve effective budget simulations using a new HR forecasting solution (a complete SaaS solution that adapts to all payroll systems).

Analyze and parameterize:

Participate in the development of technical and functional analysis and validate the technical solution based on functional analysis
Conduct technical research at the level of hypotheses and scenarios created by the client
Ensure parameterization or specific development according to the client's analysis report (either evolution requests or maintenance)
Perform unit tests

Train and advise:

Participate in developing necessary documentation and training new collaborators and/or clients
Be a driving force for improving methods and evolving programs
Occasionally, assist our clients during the testing phase (assistance via a ticketing tool)

Realize a reporting:

Present progress, difficulties encountered, and arbitration requests during reviews with the Project Manager or Client Relationship Manager.
Provide visibility on the state of work advancement and ensure activity reporting
