IDEAL CANDIDATE - BUILD MAGAZIN PENNY-LIESTI (GL)

-Bachelor's degree in technical field (UTCB)
-Minimum 3 years of experience in construction, general contractor
-Advanced PC operation skills (Word, Excel, MS-Office, AUTOCAD)
-Planning, organizing, and controlling abilities
-Ability to work with tight deadlines
-Available for travel within the program's working schedule, as well as relocations to different cities in the country
-Driving license Cat. B
-Ambitious person capable of coordinating and supervising activities on site as a representative of the general contractor
-Organizational skills and proactive attitude.

-Plans, organizes, and verifies all activity at the construction site level;
-Verifies the status of work on-site, prepares reports, measurements;
-Analyzes technical documents and input data (contract, project, instruction books, extracts quantity lists from the project , prepares attachments and payment situations);
-Prepares all necessary technical documentation for receiving works;
-Participates in partial and final acceptance of works;
-Coordinates work from a technical-financial perspective (planning and optimizing materials, personnel, verifying subcontractors, etc.)
-Prepares work situations and attachments, manages the project from a technical-financial standpoint;
-Responsible for completing works, their quality, and meeting deadlines established;
-Responsible for ensuring that consumption norms are met and managing all assets being managed;
Ensures workforce management in the construction site;
-Prepares daily, weekly, and monthly reports on the activity performed.
