How would you like to transform the daily life of residents as a Nurse in our elderly care facility? In a secure and benevolent setting, you will actively contribute to the physical and emotional well-being of residents on a daily basis - Ensure complete care for residents' medical needs - Collaborate with the medical team and healthcare staff to plan and coordinate care - Monitor and evaluate the overall health status of residents, adapting interventions as needed - Provide emotional and psychological support to residents and their loved ones - Participate in continuous improvement of care practices and knowledge sharing with the team
