Reporting directly to the Head of the Operating Room and in close collaboration with surgeons and anesthesiologists, you will ensure optimal, safe, and personalized patient care as a scrub nurse or circulating nurse. You will actively contribute to the smooth running of procedures by anticipating technical needs and rigorously applying the establishment's protocols. The position is organized from Monday to Friday, with an on-call system for nights and weekends, ensuring a preserved work-life balance. In terms of attractiveness, the establishment offers a customized continuous training and integration program (beginners in the operating room are accepted and supported), a Management Staff status with recognition of seniority, as well as a hiring bonus of €2,000 and a gross monthly bonus of €300. The overall remuneration ranges between €2,500 and €3,200 gross/month, supplemented by an annual bonus equivalent to one month's index salary. Holding the State Diploma of Operating Room Nurse (IBODE) or State Registered Nurse (IDE) with initial experience or strong motivation for the operating room environment (training provided), your profile interests us.
