The functions or titles are declaimed in both feminine and masculine forms. As a Nurse within the structure, you ensure continuity and quality of care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team :
Ensure classic nursing care (dressings, injections, surveillance, etc.) and follow-up on the health status of residents.
Actively participate in the development and implementation of Personalized Accompaniment Projects (PPA) and care projects.
Realize rapid and relevant care measures in response to changes in the health status of residents, demonstrating a keen clinical sense.
Ensure rigorous and complete tracking of care and observations in the patient's electronic file.
Contribute to coordination between different stakeholders (doctors, families, healthcare team).
Note: Pill preparation is ensured by a pharmacy. Work verification and potential re-adaptation. Know-how and Technical Skills
State Nursing Diploma required.
Mastery of nursing techniques and hygiene protocols.
Competence in pain evaluation and emergency management.
Mastery of tracking tools (care software).
Know-how and Human Qualities
Strong appetite and commitment to working with the elderly.
Professional implication and sense of responsibility.
Empathy, patience, and listening skills essential.
Team spirit
Capacity for organization, rigor, and autonomy.
