Apply now! - realize the monthly schedule based on the required allocation and have it validated by the head nurse. - foster and maintain a trusting relationship with relatives, with the aim of developing a partnership. - work directly with management, doctors, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the smooth running of the unit. - participate in the development of care pathways and contribute to the improvement of patient care. - take charge of the daily operations of the unit, including staff supervision and coordination. - collaborate with other departments to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care. - develop and implement care plans that meet the needs of patients with complex conditions. - work closely with multidisciplinary teams to provide high-quality care. - participate in quality control and continuous improvement initiatives. - contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to patient care. - take part in training and education programs for healthcare professionals. - collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure a seamless transition of patients between departments. - develop and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders. - work closely with management to identify areas for improvement and implement changes. - participate in the development of budgets and resource allocation plans. - contribute to the development of reports and statistics related to patient care. - take part in research projects and studies related to patient care. - collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement new technologies and innovations.
