ICU Nurse

Description Location: UCHealth UCHlth Anschutz Inpt Pavilion, US:CO:Aurora Department: UCHlth Enterprise Float Pool Work Schedule: Full Time, 72.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks) Shift: Day and Night Rotation Pay: $35.29 - $54.71 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option Minimum Requirements: Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program. State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) required. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN). Previous critical care experience. ICU experience. Job Duties: Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor patient's condition and document observations. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Educate patients and their families about their condition and treatment plan. Adhere to hospital policies and procedures. Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients. Other duties as assigned.
