ICU Nurse

Description Location: UCHealth UCHlth Admin 2450 Peoria, US:CO:Aurora Department: UCHlth Virtual ICU Work Schedule: Full Time, 72.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks) Shift: Nights Pay: $35.29 - $54.71 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option Minimum Requirements: Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program. State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Nurse with multi-state licensure reciprocity in the state of Colorado. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA). Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's of Science in Nursing (BSN). 2+ years of experience as an RN in a critical care setting. ICU nursing experience. Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) certification. Job Duties: Provides direct patient care, utilizing the nursing process. Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates patient care. Administers medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician. Monitors patient's condition and documents findings. Educates patients and families on their health conditions and treatment plans. Collaborates with other healthcare professionals to provide optimal patient care.
