ICT Training and Awareness Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ICT Security Training and Awareness Manager to join the Data Protection and Governance team within the CISO Office. What you will do * Develop and implement a comprehensive ICT security training and awareness program. * Conduct regular security awareness training sessions for all employees. * Create engaging and effective training materials, including presentations, videos, and interactive modules. * Manage and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS). * Stay up-to-date with the latest security threats and trends. * Collaborate with other teams to ensure a consistent approach to security awareness. * Measure the effectiveness of the training program and make improvements as needed. * Develop and deliver phishing simulations. * Develop and maintain security awareness campaigns. * Create and maintain a central repository of security awareness resources. What you need to be successful * Proven experience in developing and delivering ICT security training and awareness programs. * Strong understanding of ICT security principles and best practices. * Excellent communication and presentation skills. * Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS). * Ability to create engaging training materials. * Strong organizational and project management skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM) are a plus.
