Job description

Within the IT Operations environment, we are looking for an experienced profile that is responsible for 2nd line support, infrastructure support, and operational continuity across multiple locations. The role combines incident management, troubleshooting, and infrastructure management, with a strong focus on Microsoft environments and automation. The consultant will be responsible for operational IT support and infrastructure management. Specifically, this includes Resolving complex incidents (L2) that do not require on-site intervention, as well as performing routine maintenance tasks, such as software updates and patching. The consultant will also be responsible for monitoring and analyzing system performance, identifying potential issues, and implementing corrective actions. In addition, the consultant will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of all incidents, including root cause analysis and resolution. The consultant will also be responsible for collaborating with other teams to resolve incidents and implement changes. The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and teamwork skills. The consultant should have experience with Microsoft technologies, including Windows, Active Directory, and Exchange, as well as experience with automation tools and scripting languages. The consultant should also have experience with incident management and problem-solving tools, such as ServiceNow and Nagios. The consultant should be able to work independently and as part of a team, and should be able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. The consultant should also be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
