ICT System Engineer & Developer 80-100 %

We are growing and are therefore strengthening our four-person ICT team immediately or by mutual agreement with a new team member with a workload of 80 to 100%. Together we manage the IT of our corporate group with multiple clients, with over 100 users at several locations. Tasks

ICT Operation & Networks

• You ensure the stable operation of the IT environments of our entire corporate group, especially Windows Server and Clients, virtualization, and managed security services.
• You manage our Microsoft SQL Servers and the associated databases, ensuring their availability and performance.
• You manage our internal network, actively monitor it, and protect our network infrastructure with suitable tools and firewalls.
• You proactively monitor operational processes with modern monitoring tools and resolve disruptions early.
• You independently manage user permissions in Active Directory and Microsoft 365 and, together with our partner, manage our 3CX telephony solution.

Software & Innovation

• You support the team in the development, implementation, and maintenance of our internal applications and interfaces.
• You gather requirements from the specialist departments and translate them into pragmatic technical solutions.
• You test modern AI tools and integrate them to make internal processes simpler and more efficient.

Support & Teamwork

• You participate in first and second-level support and answer our employees' questions competently and helpfully.

Qualification

• A completed apprenticeship as an IT specialist (Informatiker/in EFZ) with a focus on system technology or application development, or a comparable qualification with solid professional experience.
• Solid experience in operating Windows Server and client environments. Knowledge of Proxmox VE (PVE) is a plus.
• A good fundamental understanding of networks and firewalls, as well as a strong security awareness.
• Initial experience in software development with C# in the .NET environment and JavaScript, and a desire to deepen this knowledge.
• Proficiency with PowerShell or other scripting languages to automate tasks and administrative processes.
• An independent, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work. You proactively tackle tasks.
• Great interest in new technologies and a desire to explore the potential of AI tools in everyday work.
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing, as well as good English skills for understanding technical literature and documentation.
