You can move this * Install, operate, control, monitor, and maintain ICT services for operational use in sensitive, air-gapped, and heterogeneous environments * Participation in the following ICT services: Virtual Infrastructure (VMWare), Monitoring (PRTG), Backup (Veeam), Windows platforms, Linux/K8s environments, Elasticsearch * Operational tasks within a highly secure IT infrastructure, including creating and managing user accounts, processing support tickets, and providing servers & clients * Ensuring smooth ICT operations through a variety of monitoring and support systems * Participation in IT projects and developing ICT solutions in air-gapped environments This brings you with * Higher professional degree in computer science (eidg. FA or HF) or equivalent training * Funded experience in operating and developing IT infrastructure services and understanding the dependencies between different components within a large IT infrastructure * Very good knowledge in the area of Windows Server, AD, DHCP, DNS, as well as Linux/K8s basic knowledge, knowledge of VMware virtualization products * You possess excellent German (spoken and written) and specialized English language skills, French is an asset * Our IT landscape is subject to high security requirements, therefore a security-oriented thinking and acting are essential for this position * Self-organization, customer- and solution-oriented, team player who accepts challenges, coordinates them, and accompanies them until completion * On-site deployments at customers, primarily in Bern, and readiness for travel within Switzerland and abroad * Readiness to take on 7x24h shift work (10-20 days per year) * Knowledge of army-specific processes is an asset * Driver's license category B and impeccable reputation Salary and benefits
