For our client from the Zug region, we are looking for a motivated supporter.

Your tasks:

• Support of the infrastructure team at the site with daily tasks in IT support (1st/2nd level) as well as general administration of the on-site infrastructure
• You provide support remotely or directly to the respective user at their workstation
• You will look after more than 200 employees/users
• You receive, prioritize, and resolve incidents personally, by phone, or by email independently or coordinate their processing via 3rd level
• In close cooperation with the 3rd level, you will carry out their instructions directly at the user's location where necessary
• You are co-responsible for managing and updating the knowledge base in the area of systems and operations
• You will look after user administration as well as various accounts
• You are co-responsible for the inventory management of the data center and, together with your team colleagues, are on call for on-site deployments
• In addition, you will support the specialist department with current IT projects

Your profile:

• You have good and broad general expertise in system technology (Windows 7 & 10, Windows Server 2012 - 2019, networks, clients, GPO) as well as professional experience in the relevant field
• Furthermore, you have good knowledge of MS Teams and MS Office
• A category B driver's license for occasional deployments to the data center in Zurich (company car available)
• A completed IT education, preferably specializing in system technology, would be desirable
• General SCCM knowledge as well as practical application experience are also desirable
• You are an affable, team-oriented, and open-minded personality
• You speak fluent German and can communicate well in English (spoken and written)
• Your reliable and independent way of working completes your profile
