ICT Support Engineer

Company Name: HCM IT Consulting Position: ICT Support Engineer Work type: Full Time Salary: $100,000 to $130,000 plus Super Location: NSW HCM IT Consulting was established in 2008 and specialises in the implementation of Oracle's Human Resources Management System (HRMS). Our focus is on providing consulting, implementation, project management and staffing services with respect to the suite of Oracle HRMS/Payroll products to meet the varying business needs of our clients. Reporting to the Technical Manager, you will be responsible for providing ICT support to our clients across NSW. This includes but not limited to: Providing technical assistance and guidance to clients on the use of Oracle HRMS/Payroll products; Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to the implementation and maintenance of Oracle HRMS/Payroll systems; Collaborating with other team members to ensure effective communication and coordination of ICT support services. You will also be required to maintain accurate records of all client interactions, including but not limited to: Client meetings, phone calls, emails, and any other relevant documentation. In addition, you will be expected to participate in training and professional development activities to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices in ICT support.
