ICT Service Desk & Support Employee 80 - 100% (f/m/d)

For our client, a company in the Hospitals and Health Care industry based in Zurich, we are looking for an ICT Service Desk & Support for a 9-month contract role with the aim of hiring for a permanent contract. Your responsibilities: - In this responsible and varied role, you support our users across all locations as the first point of contact in the ICT service desk. Professionally receiving questions and fault reports on hardware and software, analysis and triage at the responsible department, you will be the central point of contact for all ICT-related issues. Your tasks will include: - Providing first-level support for ICT-related issues, - Analyzing and troubleshooting ICT-related problems, - Escalating complex issues to the responsible department, - Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all ICT-related issues, - Collaborating with the responsible department to resolve ICT-related issues, - Participating in the development and implementation of ICT-related processes and procedures. Your qualifications: - Completed vocational training in the field of IT or a related field, - At least 2 years of experience in an ICT service desk or similar role, - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, - Ability to work independently and as part of a team, - Proficiency in MS Office and MS Outlook, - Familiarity with IT service management tools and processes, - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
