ICT & Security Team Lead

Job Description This is a senior technical leadership role at the centre of AECOM's ICT & Security practice in New Zealand. As an ICT & Security Team Lead, you will lead a specialist team delivering complex ICT & security systems projects across New Zealand and Australia, combining hands-on technical and design expertise and genuine people leadership. This is a highly collaborative and client-facing role focused on technical leadership, project delivery, stakeholder management, and mentoring expertise. You will be responsible for developing and implementing the practice's technical strategy, providing technical guidance to team members, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in ICT & security systems, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and experience in leading teams and managing projects.
