Michael Page - Ensure the deployment of the ICT Infrastructure standardisation strategy in Italy sites - Become the referent for ICT infrastructure operations and projects in Italy sites - Participates in Infrastructure and Cybersecurity projects as a regional referent: LAN and WAN evolution and integration - Support regional employees in Infrastructure and Cybersecurity topics and non-standard solutions - Collaborates in the regional IT operations to ensure the continuity of the services - Collaborates in the IT process improvements and change management with users - Approximately 30% travel across ItalyFunctions will evolve within the context of Regional / Global IT responsibilities and organisation next years. - Hierarchically reports to Regional IS Director - Functionally reports to Global ICT Infrastructure Department At least 5 years of experience managing ICT infrastructures Availability to travel Professional English level IT degree or professional IT training Flexibility, Customer service approach, Close to business Good knowledge of Network (both wired and wireless) and Firewall products (Cisco, Fortinet, WatchGuard). Good knowledge of Microsoft Server operating systems (including Windows 11 and Active Directory). Experience in troubleshooting and providing support for desktop operating systems (Windows 11 and macOS), smartphone applications, and security/antivirus management. Good knowledge of VMware, Back-up and Intune Our client is a multinational company operating in the business and consumer services sector. Possibility to work remotely one day per week.
