ICT Field Support

As part of the small Field Support team, you will be responsible for hardware at the airport and take on various tasks: - Troubleshooting support - Timely forwarding/escalation - Execution of repairs on components - Advising, instructing, and supporting users in case of errors/malfunctions - Conducting preventive maintenance measures - Assisting with deployments (rollout and acceptance) of new ICT systems. You will naturally be trained and accompanied on the job until you settle in at the airport. Profile You can already bring IT experience or at least great enthusiasm for hardware. In addition, the following expectations apply: - Diploma Comptia A+ or equivalent (or willingness to complete it) - Willingness to work shifts between 05.00 and 22.00 hours - Willingness to work weekends - Driver's license category B and own car - Honest and reliable personality - High understanding and self-reliance - Very good German knowledge - Unblemished reputation and no expired offenses.
