Delta Electronics (Australia) is currently seeking an experienced ICT Business Analyst to join their team.
Task and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyse business requirements.
- Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to understand business needs and challenges
- Analyse current business processes and workflows.
- Identify areas for improvement and propose optimised solutions.
- Develop process models and diagrams to represent current and future states.
- Perform data analysis to support business decisions.
- Generate reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present findings and ensure data quality and integrity.
- Work with IT and development teams to design and implement solutions
- Assist in the development of project plans and timelines
- Serve as a liaison between business units and IT.
Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualisation tools.
- Knowledge of business process modelling tools.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
