Customer Support Advisor for Booking Icelandic + English

Responsibilities:
- Support international travelers and accommodation partners
- Handle inquiries via email and phone
- Provide clear information on payments, services, and technical issues
- Follow processes and ensure high customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Icelandic C2 and advanced English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with Office 365 and CRM tools
- Positive, solution-driven, goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Customer service experience is a plus
Salary Range:
From 21,000 to 23,000 gross/year
