Mindpool Technologies Limited is hiring for IBS Design in Noida, UP. Works independently with little direction on complex system performance, 4G/5G Radio Access Network (RAN) design, transmission, equipment, and/or traffic engineering activities. Job Description: GSSR/TSSR understanding for Pre-site survey, RF coverage survey (frequency scan test, walk test review). Preparing DAS plan & design for LTE/5G(mmW & Sub6) network using iBWave or RANPLAN design tool. Bill of quantity arrangement or BOQ preparation for site acquisition and installation activities. Understanding of 4G/5G Radio Access Network (RAN) architecture, protocols, and technologies. Knowledge of transmission planning, equipment selection, and traffic engineering principles. Ability to work with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks effectively. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
