IAM Specialist with focus on SAP - SIBIU

- At least 3 years of professional experience in SAP Identity and Access Management (IAM);
- Basic understanding of standards and best practices such as ISO 270xx;
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with technical IT staff;
- Analytical thinking and the ability to analyze challenges and formulate solution proposals;
- Ability to challenge complexity and facilitate teamwork and collaboration;
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills, in English is required;
- Certifications like CISSP, CCSP or relevant SANS certifications is a plus .

- Company-wide development of a comprehensive target vision for IAM and PAM to unify, consolidate, and define access management processes;
- Conceptual development, optimization, and automation of access management as well as the development of standards in the IAM and PAM environment;
- Working closely in the SAP Identity and Access Management space;
- Supporting the ongoing improvement of SAP's corporate Identity and Access Management landscapes;
- Support in integrating IAM and PAM systems into existing IT landscapes (e.g., Active Directory, cloud platforms like Azure AD);
- Advising users, role owners, and managers on technical and procedural issues, as well as coordinating and further developing relevant processes in the IAM/PAM context;
- Security Policies & Compliance: Support in the development and creation of concepts as well as documentation based on regulatory requirements and the definition of critical permissions;
- Developing and maintaining the SAP`s Corporate Identity and Access Management Strategy;
- Helping to ensure the business is well-prepared to embrace modern working methods such as modern authentication, Zero Trust, and cloud computing;
- Supporting internal and external regulatory audits, including ensuring the completion of measures.

I am looking for a IAM Specialist with focus on SAP for a multinational production company. The role is open in Sibiu office.
