IAM Operations Analyst

We are looking for your talent to work as: IAM Operations Analyst Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled Identity and Access Management (IAM) Associate with operational experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling access certifications and Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) processes. Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain the identity and access management systems; - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies; - Analyze and troubleshoot issues related to IAM systems; - Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of IAM systems; - Develop and implement process improvements for IAM operations; - Provide training and support to users on IAM systems. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field; - At least 2 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM); - Strong understanding of IAM concepts and technologies; - Experience with access certification processes; - Familiarity with Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) processes; - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; - Ability to work independently and as part of a team; - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
