For our GZO and its district hospital in Erbach, we are looking for a motivated and committed Hygiene Specialist (m/f/d) for full-time employment. Your tasks: * Development, implementation, and monitoring of hygiene plans according to the latest legal requirements and guidelines (e.g., RKI recommendations, infection protection law, infection prevention guidelines). * Consultation and support of all specialist departments, surgical services, and other areas of the hospital regarding hygiene and infection prevention. * Planning and execution of hygiene training for all staff groups. * Participation in interdisciplinary infection control committees. * Investigation and documentation of hospital-acquired infections and development of measures to reduce them. * Quality management in the area of hygiene. * Collaboration with external authorities and institutions. Your profile: * Completed training as a specialist nurse for hygiene and infection prevention or a comparable qualification (e.g., Master of Public Health with a focus on hygiene). * Experience in hospital hygiene and infection prevention. * Sound knowledge of relevant legal regulations, guidelines, and standards. * Independent, responsible, and analytical working style. * High level of commitment, resilience, and teamwork skills. * Good communication and presentation skills. * Proficiency in MS Office applications.
