RESPONSIBILITIES
• assessment of the effectiveness of washing and disinfection of production lines
• control of compliance with washing and disinfection procedures with applicable regulations
• control over the production department in applying GHP principles
• supervision of implemented quality management system
• verification of processes for compliance with quality requirements (HACCP, IFS, BRC)
• taking and sending samples for testing
• supervision of DDD
• conducting internal training sessions on GHP
• realization of assigned tasks in accordance with supervisor's guidelines
• preparing reports on completed work

WE EXPECT
• higher education in a relevant field, e.g. food technology, food science, production engineering, zootechnology, agriculture - this is not a necessary condition
• willingness to take up work in a shift system - two shifts (work 4 times a week for 10 hours)
• availability
• commitment to the job
• ability to work in a team
• accuracy, systematic approach
• ability to solve problems and good organization of work
• willingness to take up similar experience
• knowledge of English language will be an additional asset
