Aufgaben

• Eigenverantwortliche Leitung und Steuerung komplexer hydrogeologischer Projekte über alle Projektphasen hinweg
• Fachliche Bearbeitung sowie Erstellung, Prüfung und Freigabe hydrogeologischer Gutachten, Konzepte und Berichte
• Projektmanagement inkl. Termin-, Kosten- und Qualitätskontrolle
• Fachliche Koordination interner Projektteams sowie externer Partner, Nachunternehmer und Fachgutachter
• Kommunikation und Abstimmung mit Auftraggebern, Behörden und weiteren Stakeholdern
• Fachliche Begleitung von Feldarbeiten, Erkundungen, Pumpversuchen und Monitoringmaßnahmen
• Unterstützung bei der Akquisition, Angebotsbearbeitung und Projektentwicklung
• Mitwirkung an der Weiterentwicklung fachlicher Standards und Prozesse
• Fachliche Anleitung und Mentoring von Junior- und Projektmitarbeitenden

Qualifikation

• Abgeschlossenes Studium der Geowissenschaften, der Hydrogeologie oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
• Mehrjährige (min. 5 Jahre) einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Hydrogeologie
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse hydrogeologischer Untersuchungsmethoden und relevanter Normen
• Erfahrung in der selbstständigen Bearbeitung komplexer Projekte
• Strukturierte, verantwortungsbewusste und qualitätsorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit in deutscher Sprache bevorzugt C1 sowie gute Englischkenntnisse für die Zusammenarbeit im internationalen Umfeld
• Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
• Führerschein der Klasse B sowie Bereitschaft zu projektbezogenen Einsätzen
• Berechtigung zur Beschäftigung in Deutschland sowie Offenheit für die Zusammenarbeit in einem internationalen Umfeld
