Hydroelectric Power Plant Supervisor

As a Supervisor in the Hydroelectric Power Plant area, you are responsible for overseeing and leading projects in the field of hydroelectric power. You are part of an international team and work closely with various departments and partners.

Your Tasks:

- Overseeing and coordinating construction projects in the field of hydroelectric power

- Ensuring compliance with quality standards and deadlines

- Planning and organizing workflows and resources

- Leading and motivating local teams

- Conducting inspections and controls to ensure quality

- Reporting to project leadership and close cooperation with other departments

- Travel worldwide to oversee and manage projects on site

- Compliance with safety and environmental standards

Requirements:

- Completed degree or training in the field of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or comparable

- Several years of experience in leading construction projects in the field of hydroelectric power

- Experience in leading international teams

- Good knowledge in the areas of project management, quality management, and occupational safety

- Travel readiness and flexibility for global deployments

- Good English skills, additional languages a plus
