Our client is a medium-sized, expanding engineering company located in the western part of North Rhine-Westphalia, between Aachen and Cologne. National and international customer service for industrial large-scale projects in the fields of technical building equipment and project management. The focus lies in planning industrial and commercial projects. Sustainable themes, such as heat recovery from industrial processes, hydrogen use, and CO2 reduction are decisive aspects of planning. Through the integrated architecture department, the entire spectrum of planning is covered.

Aufgaben

• Planning and concept development for technical building equipment for national large-scale projects
• Planning in all stages of HOAI for technical building equipment
• Planning of heating, sanitary, climate or ventilation systems for commercial and industrial large-scale projects
• Preparation of detail plans for the specific trade
• Direct coordination with the client, suppliers, and authorities,
• Preparation of inquiry specifications and bid comparisons

Qualifikation

• Degree in technical system planning or comparable technical training.
• Experience in technical building equipment in one or more trades (heating, sanitary, climate, ventilation technology) for commercial and/or industrial projects
• Knowledge of project development according to HOAI is advantageous
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, Trimble Nova or comparable TGA planning software is advantageous
• Outstanding team and communication skills, as well as a structured and precise working method
• Safe knowledge in the area of MS Office applications, particularly in MS Excel
