HW/System Architect for High-Data-Rate FCAS Funk Systems (m/w/x)

Project Description:

To support our team at our customer from the field of Funk and Communication, we are looking for a HW/System Architect for high-data-rate FCAS Funk systems (m/w/x) to be employed by K-tronik. Sounds interesting? Then we look forward to your application!

Tasks:

• You develop the device hardware architecture for future, broadband communication systems in the GHz range based on Smart Antenna Technology independently.
• You design a hardware architecture for communication systems for different aircraft classes and consider modularity, performance, and HW, FW, and SW partitioning.
• You define HW architectures and interfaces according to operational requirements, aligning with the SW architect and system engineering.
• You create specifications and HW architectures on functional, logical, and technical levels.
• You are responsible for HW design and consider comprehensive aspects such as components, SoC high integration, HF, digital design, layout, mechanics, cooling, interfaces, bus systems.

Qualifications:

• You have several years of experience in this field.
• You have in-depth knowledge of hardware system architectures for Funk communication.
• You love the challenge of high integration and performance optimization for future GHz funk systems based on Phased Array Technology.
• You bring knowledge of MBSE and DOORS.
• You convince through confident appearance paired with strong communication skills in national and international environments.
• You have fluent German and English language skills in writing and speaking.
• You are characterized by independent, active, and goal-oriented thinking and working style.
