HVAC/R Service Technician - Light Commercial

CoolSys is the premier market leader in providing HVAC/R services to light commercial customers. We are currently looking for an experienced HVAC/R Service Technician to join our team! Job Summary: The HVAC/R Service Technician is responsible for providing service, maintenance and repair on refrigeration, heating and air conditioning systems for commercial customers. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Troubleshoots, repairs, and maintains refrigeration, air conditioning, and heating systems. Performs preventative maintenance, as scheduled and assigned. Completes assigned work orders within the allotted time. Maintains a clean, safe, and organized work area. Communicates with customers regarding the status of work. Completes all required paperwork in a timely manner. Adheres to all company policies and safety procedures. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. 3+ years of experience servicing and maintaining HVAC/R equipment. EPA certification required. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
