HVAC/ACMV | Field Service Manager (Engineering/North)

Responsibilities: Manage and oversee field service operations for the Air Conditioning, Mechanical Ventilation, and HVAC industry in the North region. Lead a team of field service technicians and support staff to ensure efficient and timely service delivery. Develop and implement service strategies to meet customer satisfaction and business objectives. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and optimize service performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous learning within the team. Develop and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction. Identify and capitalize on opportunities for process improvements, cost savings, and revenue growth. Provide coaching, guidance, and support to field service technicians to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to promote professional development and growth. Develop and manage budgets and resources to achieve business objectives. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure the team is equipped to deliver high-quality services.
