HVAC Technical Solutions Manager

Responsibilities Technical Expertise & Troubleshooting Subject matter expert for chiller plants, pumps, cooling towers, air handling systems, automation & controls, and ACMV systems. Perform detailed plant and performance analysis, root cause identification, and corrective action planning for underperforming equipment. Analyse and provide solutions. Provide rapid solutions to field ational issues during enhancement or fine-tuning activities Conduct detailed on-site measurement and verification of HVAC system performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes as needed. Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of HVAC systems, including chiller plants, pumps, cooling towers, air handling systems, automation & controls, and ACMV systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions that meet customer needs. Provide technical guidance and support to internal stakeholders. Conduct training sessions for internal stakeholders on HVAC system operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and vendors. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed. Analyze and provide solutions to optimize HVAC system performance.
