HVAC Technical Sales Representative

Job Description The HVAC Technical Sales Representative will work directly with contractors and dealers to deliver both technical troubleshooting support and sales solutions. This role requires a balance of technical proficiency, strong customer relationships, and consultative selling skills. Given our diverse customer base, fluency in English and French is essential to ensure clear communication and excellent service. Key Responsibilities Provide field and phone support for troubleshooting issues related to HVAC systems, including air conditioning, heating, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment. Collaborate with contractors and dealers to develop customized solutions that meet their specific needs. Utilize technical knowledge to identify and resolve problems, ensuring timely and cost-effective resolutions. Develop strong relationships with customers through regular communication, site visits, and proactive issue resolution. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and technologies to provide expert advice and guidance. Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales skills. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions. Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to achieve sales targets. Provide input on product development and improvement based on customer feedback and market trends. Key Requirements Fluency in English and French is required. Bachelor's degree in a related field such as HVACR, mechanical engineering, or business administration. 2-3 years of experience in the HVAC industry, preferably in technical sales or service. Strong understanding of HVAC systems, including air conditioning, heating, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
