HVAC Technical Lead

Job Title: HVAC Technical Lead Location: Portsmouth Naval Base – We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements – please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role Salary: up to 52,000 depending on skills and experience Overtime What you’ll be doing: Works with a high degree of technical autonomy , using expertise to provide advice and guidance to other professionals within project/team. Using the programme delivery plan, prioritise team activities to ensure timely completion of tasks. Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including internal customers, suppliers, and partners. Provide technical support and guidance to colleagues, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver their work effectively. Collaborate with other teams to identify and resolve technical issues, and develop solutions to improve processes and procedures. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as required. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the programme’s technical requirements and ensure that all activities are aligned with these requirements. Provide technical leadership and guidance to colleagues, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver their work effectively.
