You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of HVAC systems while adhering to quality and safety standards. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING (KEY RESPONSIBILITIES) As our HVAC Operator , you will: Service and repair HVAC equipment, including central plant systems. Perform routine maintenance tasks on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC equipment. Conduct energy audits and provide recommendations for improving energy efficiency. Collaborate with other team members to achieve project goals. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR (REQUIREMENTS) You will need: 3+ years of experience as an HVAC Operator or related field. Strong understanding of HVAC systems, including air-conditioning and refrigeration equipment. Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces. Valid driver’s license.
