Accelerate your Estimating Career We’re looking for an experienced HVAC Mechanical Estimator to join a leading HVAC team based in Inner City Brisbane. What You’ll Do
- Prepare mechanical tenders for major commercial HVAC projects
- Interpret mechanical plans and specifications; perform accurate take-offs
- Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants for pricing and scope
- Support estimating leadership with cost planning, budgeting, and bid preparation
- Progress steadily into more senior responsibilities as your career grows
- 5 years’ experience in HVAC estimating, mechanical services, or building services
- Backgrounds in mechanical engineering, construction management, or trade-based estimating all welcome
- Strong attention to detail, curiosity, and drive to develop your technical and commercial skills
