HVAC Installation & Service Technician

This position is based in Ireland.

General Job Description: Installs, maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems in residential, commercial, or industrial settings. Ensures systems operate efficiently and safely, adhering to codes and regulations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Vocational training or an apprenticeship in HVAC.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., EPA certification for refrigerant handling).
• Proven experience in HVAC installation and service.
• Knowledge of electrical systems, refrigeration cycles, and control systems.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
• Physical stamina and ability to work in various environments (e.g., confined spaces, heights, extreme temperatures).
• Valid driver's license.
